1. How to check the availability of an item?

All available items are displayed in our website and available sizes are displayed below the item as in the image above. If you are looking for a product but that is not available in our website, then that item is probably sold out

 

2. How to find the size chart of the item?

Please click through product then you will visit to below when you scroll down and select the size chart button then it will appear

1. How to purchase a product from our website?

a. Browse through our products and add to cart.
b. Navigate to Check out page.
c. Enter your personal details, delivery address, contact number etc.
d. Select the Payment method. (Cash, Credit/Debit card)
e. Double check accuracy of the submitted information. Finally place the order

2. What payment methods do Thilakawardhana accept?

Cash On Delivery (COD) is available Island-wide.

Or you can visit our website and use any payment method mentioned below

Note – Bank deposits are not accepted

3. How long does a delivery take, and what is the delivery fee?

Usually Delivery will happen within 2-4 working days. Please note that it could take a bit longer during promotions and unforeseen circumstances including Weather and country fuel shortages.

Delivery Fee (For 1st Kg)

North and East  Rs.320

All other locations Rs.280

Orders with a weight above 1KG will be subjected to an additional delivery charge for each additional 1kg -Rs.90

Rs.50 will be added for Cash on Deliveries.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

4. I want to exchange an item. What is the procedure?

5. How to cancel an order ?

To cancel an order you have to contact us through our hotline or send us a message to our Messenger/ Whatsapp within 8 hours of period after placing the order

You may only cancel an order before it is dispatched and we can only cancel CASH ON DELIVERY orders

 

6. I received an damage item. What should I do?

Please send clear image of damage or defective spots of the item to our WhatsApp (0706 560 560) or messenger. Our customer support team will analyze the issue and provide you a solution between working our hours ( 9AM – 6PM )
